Registration Form
If you would
like to register by Mail, FAX or Phone then
please print and fill out the
Convention Registration Form (PDF format).
You can register at the door, but late
registration rate will apply. Space is limited
so we suggest that you register as early as
possible.
Please use this registration form if you would
like to register online and pay with VISA, MASTERCARD, or DISCOVER. All credit card
transactions are processed through a secure server, which provides complete protection for
your online registration process.
There will be no special services for youth this year. Nursery will be
provided for infants ages 0-4 years. Infants will be charged
$45 to cover
the costs of nursery care.

$45 Ages
0-4 (US Funds)
(must be postmarked by July

Cost for registration postmarked after July
11 is $65 per
adult, $55 Ages 0-4.
